Understanding Your Purchase

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we want to clarify a few points:

  • Signing for Delivery: We understand you’ll be asked to sign upon receiving your order. This confirms successful delivery.
  • Issues with Delivery: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or significantly different from what you purchased, do not sign for it. Instead, immediately contact AfroTinga customer support.

Payment Methods:

We offer various payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Lipa Number (for Tanzanian customers)
  • PayPal
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) within Arusha town limits

Return and Refund Policy:

We appreciate your understanding that due to the nature of handcrafted products; slight variations may occur. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy:

Eligible Products:

  • Damaged or defective products (reported within the day of receiving your order).
  • Products that are incorrectly shipped by AfroTinga.

Ineligible Products:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Digital products (if applicable).

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Within day of receiving your order, notify us by email at support@afrotinga.com or call us at +255 778 866 002.
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
  3. Securely Pack: Carefully pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible.
  4. Trackable Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method with the RAN clearly marked.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except for damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
  • COD orders within Arusha town follow the same return process. However, refusing a COD delivery without a valid reason may result in a return shipping fee.
